The goal of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) long-form program is to educate people about chronic kidney disease, including:

  • Causes of CKD
  • Problems that can happen as CKD gets worse
  • Ways to slow down kidney disease, including managing other health conditions, eating right, being active, and being careful with medications
